The synopsis:

Were the anthrax attacks following 9/11 an act of terrorism or a secret program designed to test biological weapons delivery systems. One man, a biological weapons expert named Michael Patrick, knows the truth and tries to warn an unsuspecting public, but before he can get the word out he mysteriously contracts a deadly case of West Nile virus, ironically one of the viruses he helped to develop as a weapon.

Before Michael dies he tells a former colleague, Katherine Peeples, about the secret germ lab he helped to develop for the government, a string of scientists with links to bio-weapons research that all died within a six week period of the WTC attack, and a whacko doctor named Larry Ford, that claimed he worked for the CIA and the government of South Africa on their bio-weapons programs.

Dr. Ford, a brilliant medical researcher by all accounts, establishes a new research firm called BioFem to investigate the potential for developing a vaginal contraceptive that would stop AIDS. He and his partner, James Riley, are on the verge of success but they are denied FDA permission to conduct clinical trials. When Ford contacts his friend, the Surgeon General of South Africa, about conducting trials there he finds a sympathetic ear. But before trials can begin Ford's partner is attacked in the parking lot of BioFem and police immediately suspect Ford of the attempted murder.

While doctor Ford is being investigated by police for the attempted murder of his partner, he commits suicide leaving a note that claims he had nothing to do with the attempt on his partner's life. Soon after Ford's suicide the police discover that the good doctor has weapons, explosives, and anthrax buried in his back yard, along with vials of deadly pathogens like Botulism and Ebola stored in his refrigerator at home and at work. They also learn that he and a former assistant/lover had abducted, poisoned, and had sadomasochistic sex with college girls. Then the authorities uncover a gold mine in Nevada filled with barrels of anthrax, the same strain of Anthrax used in the attacks on the U.S. Senate.

Will Katherine, now in possession of proof confirming the information confided to her by her mentor, Michael Patrick, succeed in telling the world about the secret lab, the scientists that have died, or the mad LA doctor's cache of deadly pathogens? Or will she too be silenced by powerful forces intent on keeping their nefarious schemes secret.

This film may hold the answers to many questions asked by a young woman who was drawn into a tangle of sinister events over which she had no control, and a public starved for truth.

Based on actual events. Some nudity.
